 Air Niugini Tour Packages  

Apart from purchasing Airline tickets, UATP can be used to pay for other ancillary products; one example would be the Air Niugini Tour packages. Our Tour packages consist of return airfares, hotel accommodation and hire cars. All these can be organized by our team and purchased through your Air Niugini UATP account.  

Reminders: 

  • Tours sell airfare, accommodation and hire car only. No extras, eg incidentals. 
  • Special requests such as additional meals and land tours are to be organized by the client directly with the supplier/ hotelier. 
  • Event/ Show packages requiring passes and transfers that are already packaged can be sold as off the shelf products, any special request (transfers to town/ shops etc) will be organized by the client directly with the supplier. 
  • A service fee of 20% will apply plus GST 
  • All booking requests are to be sent at least 2 weeks prior to travel date  
  • Response from Tours should not take more than 72 hours

Air Niugini Executive Club Membership 

As an Air Niugini UATP subscriber you can use your UATP account to pay and join our Executive Club. 1. ANCILLARIES 

Prepaid Baggage - UATP subscribers can purchase Prepaid Baggage for excess luggage using your UATP account at the sales office. Save 20% using this service rather than paying at the airport counter on the day of travel. Talk to your Air Niugini Travel consultant or call our Commercial Service Centre team for more information.

2. HOW TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT

a) Ensure to write your 5 (five) digit UATP account number and Full name when making a payment deposit.

 b) For cheque payments; scan a copy of the cheque, cheque remittance, and the bank deposit slip and payment receipt.

c) Cash Payments; scan a copy of the bank deposit slip and payment receipt.

d) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or online banking; email a copy of the confirmation receipt.
